In accordance with the regulations on the railway station, management of the production activities of the station, control over the implementation of daily plans and shift assignments, organization of processing and cars according to the technological process is carried out by the station manager and, according to the established distribution of responsibilities, by other officials (chief engineer, deputy station managers, etc.) . 2.1.2. The development and implementation of the technological process, measures for the rational use of technical means, ensuring the safety of train traffic and safety precautions are carried out under the guidance of the chief engineer of the station and the deputy head of the station for operational work. 2.1.3. Operational management of the work of the shift, as well as the processing of trains and compositions in the station parks, shunting work on the disbandment and formation of trains, cleaning and supply of cars to loading and unloading fronts, points of repair and preparation of wagons for loading, is carried out by the shunting dispatcher (DSS), who provides : - together with the department duty officer (DNSO), junction dispatcher (DNC), locomotive dispatcher (TNC) and depot duty officer, current planning of the station’s operation for 4-6 hour periods; - organizing the implementation of the shift plan for the reception and departure of trains and freight work and coordinating the actions of workers of other farms that ensure the operation of the station; - monitoring the progress of the local work plan; - effective use of station technical equipment, compliance with measures to ensure traffic safety, labor protection and personal safety measures for shift workers; - provision of “Windows” for repair, replacement, preventive inspection of technical equipment; - implementation of the shift plan for the disbandment and formation of trains, supply and cleaning of cars; - rational distribution of work between shunting areas and sorting devices (hill, exhaust tracks); - maximum combination of operations for disbanding, forming and processing trains in station parks; - formation of trains in accordance with the established formation plan; - traffic safety and safety precautions during shunting work. 2.1.4. The orders of the shunting dispatcher to ensure the timely safe receipt, departure and dismissal of trains, the performance of shunting work, as well as the uninterrupted operation of station technical equipment are mandatory for workers of all facilities associated with the processing, reception and departure of trains 2.1.6. For operational management of the station’s work, accounting for control and analysis of the implementation of shift assignments and the technological process, the hill duty officer maintains a schedule of work performed during duty. 2.1.7. Labor organization system 2.2.1. In order to better organize the work of the station for the reception, disbandment, formation and departure of trains and to ensure coherence in the work and mutual interest of workers of all services in increasing labor productivity at the station, integrated teams have been organized, which include: - shunting dispatcher (DSC) – 1 unit; - station duty officer (DSP) – 2 units; - operator at chipboard – 1 unit; - slide duty officer (DSPG) – 1 unit; - operator for DSPG – 1 unit; - park duty officer (DSPP) – 3 units; - train compilers – 5 units; - STC operators – 5 units; - cargo acceptance and delivery service (CGS) – 2 units; - wagon speed regulators (RSDV) – 10 units; - train receptionists (p/p) – 4 units; - carriage workers – 15 units; - locomotive facilities – 6 units. The head of a single shift is the shunting dispatcher (DSC). 2.2.2. The work of the complex team is reflected in the schedule of work performed, which is compiled by the shunting dispatcher (DSC).
