Introduction The technological process of the station operation provides for and ensures the most complete use of all technical means of the station to fulfill planned tasks for the processing of cars, the reception and departure of trains with the shortest time spent by cars at the station based on increasing labor productivity, the safety of transported goods and rolling stock, the safety of train traffic and production of shunting work, reducing the cost of car processing. The technological process takes into account the changes that have occurred in recent years in the organization of their work and technical means. A procedure has been developed for processing trains upon arrival and departure, a procedure for planning and carrying out shunting work, a procedure for supplying and removing cars from loading and unloading points, close interaction between reception and departure parks, humps, and the correct distribution of track congestion between them. The features of organizing the station's operation in winter conditions are determined, and issues of ensuring safety in train and shunting work and labor protection are reflected. Technical and operational characteristics of the station. 1.1 Technical characteristics The Chukursay station, in terms of track development and the nature of the work, is an extracurricular sorting station with a sequential arrangement of parks : a reception park, a sorting park, a departure park and an exchange-industrial park. Chukursay station borders: – in an even direction: Chukursay – Salar , double-track section with one-way automatic blocking, electrified. The distance from the axis of Chukursay station to Salar is 9 км. – in an odd direction: Chukursay – Keles, double-track section with one-way automatic blocking, electrified. The distance from the axis of Chukursay station to Keles is 5 км. The arrows and signals of the receiving, sorting and dispatch parks are equipped with route-relay centralization devices , which are controlled from the posts: MRC, EC. Turnouts in the exchange industrial park, freight yard and access roads are translated manually by drafting teams. To carry out operations for processing train traffic and cargo work, the station has the following track development and sorting devices: The main tracks are for passenger commuter and transit freight trains. Reception depot – for receiving even and odd-numbered freight trains for dismantling. Sorting yard – for the formation, dismantling and accumulation of cars. IV . Departure Park – for departure of even and odd freight trains V. _ Exchange and industrial park - for the formation of cars along the access roads. A non-mechanized hump with two thrust tracks, designed for sorting cars. VII . Wagon Maintenance Point (WMS) – for technical inspection of wagons The reception park (RP) consists of 8 receiving and departure tracks (items No. 3 – 10), designed to receive even and odd freight trains for pushing trains onto the hill and parking and supplying local cars to and from the freight yard. The marshalling yard (SP) has 23 tracks, of which track No. 13, 14, 15 are intended for the accumulation and storage of wagons, sorting tracks No. 16 - 35 for the accumulation of wagons. The joint venture also includes receiving and dispatching track No. 36, which is necessary for the passage of freight trains. The departure park (DF) consists of 8 tracks (points No. 37 – 44), intended for the departure of even and odd freight trains. The exchange and industrial park has 2 tracks (No. 3, 4 ), connecting track No. 48 and running track No. 61. The station diagram is presented in Figure 1.1. The list of parks and paths is presented in Table 1.1. To regulate the speed of movement of the cuts when breaking up trains, the station has three brake positions equipped with shoe releasers designed to release brake shoes: - the first braking position is located at a distance of 70 m from the hump of the slide (30 pieces of brake shoes), on which there is a right shoe release; - the second braking position is located in the descent part of the hump in front of the bundles, on which there are four release shoes, of which two are left and two are right, and they are located on the descent part of the hump of the hump park in front of the bundles. - the third braking position is located at the beginning of the sorting tracks with twenty-three shoe releasers, of which seven are right-handed and sixteen are left-handed . Brake shoes are used as the main braking means, and shoe releasers are installed to release them. In the even depth neck of the sorting park there is post No. 5, which is served by the park duty officer (DSPP - 5). The park duty officer services tracks 13 to 35. All arrows of the hump neck are included in the hump electrical centralization and are controlled from the hump control panel. To perform shunting work, receive and depart trains, the station is equipped with the following type of communication: telephone, train radio, shunting, dispatch, interstation, loud-speaking two-way announcement communication and automatic telephone exchange. There is a recording device for official conversations “Gradient - 12 CH”. Processing of trains from a technical point of view is carried out by employees of the car maintenance point, the work of which is reflected in the technological process of the PTO operation. To speed up the processing of trains, there are facilities on the station tracks: narrow-gauge tracks have been laid for the transportation of spare parts between tracks: 37–38, 39–40, 41–42; boxes for storing spare parts.
