CODE OF ETHICS
Of Urgench branch of Tashkent Medical Academy


Chapter I. General rules


Article 1. Relations regulated by this code
This code was developed in accordance with " The Law on Education" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other laws and regulations, and is intended for pedagogues and other employees, doctoral students, masters, clinical supervisors and students (here in after - employees, doctoral students and students) regulates relations related to principles, norms of professional ethics, educational process and basic rules of behavior in service.
Article 2. Goals and objectives of the code of ethics
Objectives of the Code of Conduct:
- development of general culture among employees, doctoral students and students;
- forming a modern image of branch employees, doctoral students and students; educating employees, students and doctoral students in the spirit of respect for the branch and its values;
- is to improve the concept of etiquette in the branch and develop a unified approach to requirements for appearance and behavior in the branch.
Duties of the Code of Conduct:
- prevention of offenses and crimes, inappropriate behavior related to violations of the rules of etiquette among employees, doctoral students and students, including promoting and inciting violence, cruelty, obscenity, as well as various protection from negative vices and ideas and views foreign to our national mentality, extremism, separatism, fundamentalism and the influence and attacks of "mass culture";
- to determine the reasons and conditions for the occurrence of such inappropriate behavior and to eliminate them;
- educating employees, doctoral students and students in the spirit of high legal awareness, strict adherence to the Constitution, laws and other normative legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- forming and improving the ability of employees, doctoral students and students to always respect and protect the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens;
- formation of patriotism, high spiritual and moral qualities in employees, doctoral students and students in the spirit of respecting our national values, the honor and dignity of women, not allowing inappropriate behavior towards them;
- formation and development of a healthy social and psychological environment in the branch;
- creation of conditions for the formation of appearance-related culture among employees, doctoral students and students of the branch;
- to preserve and further increase the authority and reputation of the branch in the life of the state and society, as well as in the educational system.
