THE CODE OF HONOR OF URGENCH BRANCH OF TASHKENT MEDICAL ACADEMY.
In recent years, the increase in the number of higher education institutions in our country, wide opportunities and transparency created in the admission process have increased the interest and aspirations of our young people for higher education. Every person, having studied at a higher educational institution and having a higher education, has become an intellectual with high intellectual potential, high spirituality, spreading knowledge to the surrounding people. There are many professions in the world, all of them have their place in society and importance for people. But among the professions, there are those who create the foundation of the development of the society with their daily activities and actions.
The medical profession is the most honorable and difficult profession among the professions, and at the same time, the student who chooses each medical field must have a deep knowledge, a character, manners, and worldview with high spiritual human qualities, ability to think, love for sick patients, attentiveness, not putting own interests above the interests of others, the qualities to be able to empathize with every patient is required.
The difference between students of medical higher educational institutions and students studying in other higher educational institutions is that every student who enters a medical institution takes the student oath upon entering the institution, and the "Oath of a doctor of Uzbekistan" upon graduating from the institute, and for life they operate while being faithful to this oath.
A student enrolled in a medical institution spends 5-6 years in the undergraduate courses, 2-3 years in the clinical residency and master's course to acquire knowledge, qualifications and skills, and after receiving the diploma of a doctor of higher education, he is constantly on himself. In addition to being required to study and research, they are also required to be an example to others in their behavior, dressing, and first of all, fully following the rules of a healthy lifestyle. Another peculiarity of the medical profession is that if in almost many professions people have the opportunity to perform their duties and tasks in their professional activities only in the service places, after receiving the medical diploma, doctors must provide medical care everywhere, at any time, and at all times, it is necessary and obligatory to treat the needy people with a professional approach and provide medical assistance.
