Article 9. The principle of efficiency and economy
Employees, doctoral students and students of the branch constantly increase the efficiency of their activity by implementing innovative technologies and in other ways.
Branch employees, doctoral students and students, in turn, treat the property of the branch, their own time and other people's time with responsibility and caution.
Chapter III. Struggle against corruption
Article 10. No acception of any form and appearance of corruption
Branch employees, doctoral students and students do not accept any form and appearance of corruption and take legal measures in solidarity against its manifestation in any way.
Employees, doctoral students and students should fight against corruption and actively contribute to its prevention, as well as inform about the branch anti-corruption program and cases of appeals by branch employees, doctoral students and students to commit corruption offenses, must fulfill the requirements of the Regulation, conduct their activities transparently and fairly, adhere to high moral values and principles and strictly observe the rule of law.
Chapter IV. Requirements for official communication of employees, doctoral students, and students of education
Article 11. Rules of dressing and appearance in the branch
Branch employees, doctoral students and students should wear modern clothes appropriate to their studies and profession.
Female branch staff, doctoral students, and trainees should not wear very tight, transparent, attractively open clothes, revealing, short clothing, as well as various jewelry or metal objects on different parts of the body, except the ears and fingers, with earphones, and on visible body parts. They are not allowed to come to the branch with piercings or tattoos.
Female students should come to the branch in light-colored blouses, not bright colors, below knee-length skirts or suits, and dark-colored shoes, as well as bring necessary educational materials with them.
Male branch employees, doctoral students, and male students should wear a white, light brown, light gray, or navy shirt, a classic-style trousers or suit, a tie, and shoes that don't draw attention. Hair must be trimmed and shaved in accordance with the hygiene of employees and future doctors. It is forbidden to grow hair and beards. Learners should bring the necessary educational tools with them.
Staff, doctoral students and students are prohibited to wear outerwear (such as cloaks, coats, jackets and hats) in the auditorium and service rooms.
The appearance and clothes of employees, doctoral students and students should be neat and clean.
Also, according to the Regulation approved by order no 34th of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan from January 20, 2016 "On medical deontology and culture of employees and students of all management apparatus, medical treatment-prophylaxis and higher and secondary special educational institutions, organizations, enterprises in the system of the Ministry of Health" is necessary to follow it.
