Time Reporting 
In order to monitor and assess RTI activities, all staff members (including non-RTI employees) 
are required to keep time sheets indicating the number of hours worked. It is the policy of RTI 
that each employee or staff member complete and sign his or her own time sheet. It is essential 
that all time be accurately and properly recorded to the appropriate projects. All employees must 
record all hours worked regardless of the number of hours worked in a day, the day of the week, 
or work location (office, field location, home, etc.) The number of hours worked as recorded 
daily on an employee’s timesheet must accurately reflect the number of hours worked that day. 
RTI employees are responsible for ensuring that their individual time is recorded accurately 
daily. Under no circumstances shall an RTI employee do any of the following:
• Misrepresent the actual hours worked on his or her timesheet. 
• Record his or her hours worked on another employee’s timesheet.
• Alter or tamper with another employee’s timesheet or influence another employee to alter 
or tamper with his or her own timesheet.
• Record hours on his or her timesheet for non-work activities. 
Any of the above misconduct is cause for disciplinary action, up to and including termination. 
Supervisors must submit approved time sheets for all of their employees and other staff members 
by the last day of the month. 
Payroll
 
All employees will be paid on a monthly basis in local currency. Paychecks will be available to 
employees on the last day of the month. RTI is unable to provide employees with loans or 
advances or make pay checks available to employees prior to the appointed pay date.

Taxes 
RTI will withhold taxes from an employee’s paycheck and pay those withholdings to the 
government on behalf of the employee as required by local law. RTI will provide its employees 
with pay slips for each pay period showing any deductions made and net pay. RTI will also 
provide its employees annual pay slips showing total deductions for that calendar year.
