These policies do not attempt to cover every situation, and they are not an exhaustive set of rules. Neither this Handbook nor any of RTI’s policies are intended to create an employment contract between RTI and any employee. This version supersedes all previously issued versions. All RTI policies are subject to change or modification at any time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of RTI. While RTI will try to keep this Handbook and its policies updated, changes may occur before employees are notified and the Handbook or policies are updated. Where provisions in this Handbook or in RTI policies differ from those set out in an employee’s written employment agreement, the employment agreement will control.
