The object and subject of research. The object of the research is the management system of the Margilan Pedagogical College. The subject of the research is to study the process of teaching and its results, as well as to develop ways to improve the management of human capital.
Research objectives and tasks. The objective of the research is to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations for improving the management of human capital.
Research tasks include:

  • Theoretical analysis of the concept of human capital in economic terms;

  • Description of the essence of human capital and its various components;

  • Classification of the role and importance of educational systems in the formation of human capital;

  • Study and generalization of the model for the development of human capital in organizations;

  • Study and generalization of foreign experience in the development of education, science and the economy in Uzbekistan;

  • Conducting research and analysis to provide relevant recommendations and practical advice.

Scientific novelty of research.

  • The research contributes to the development of a special strategy for investing in education to promote economic development based on improving human capital and improving its composition.

  • Such as mental, physical and health status and individual knowledge, skills, experience and ability.

  • The importance of implementing the dual education system in Germany in professional training programs to improve human capacity is emphasized.

  • The necessity of investing in education for the preservation of human health is emphasized.

Research methodology. The research methodology includes data gathering, experimentation, e translation.
Theoretical and practical significance of research results. The theoretical significance of the research results lies in the thorough analysis of the concept of human capital and the identification of the influence of knowledge and scientific achievements on its formation. The research provides sources for further developing mechanisms for managing human capital. The practical significance of the research results is evident in the analysis of the Uzbekistan education system and the identification of its role in the formation and development of human capital. The results suggest possible measures for improving the management of human capital.
