goal. Such administration activities include setting the organization’s 
strategy and coordinating the efforts o f staff to accomplish these 
objectives through the application o f available resources. M anagement 
can also refer to the seniority structure o f staff members within an 
organization. Managers evaluate the type o f work, divide it into 
achievable tasks and effectively delegate it to staff. Organization consists 
o f a series o f relationships am ong individual sta ff as well as departments 
or entities inside the organization. It is the m a n a g e r’s responsibility to 
ensure that these individuals and entities work together in harmony, which 
includes motivating staff members and departments to stay on task. A 
good manager is skilled at building interpersonal relationships among 
their team m em bers and can troubleshoot when m embers confuse their 
encounter challenges. Organization also requires a manager to establish 
relationships o f authority am ong their team members. Maximizing 
organizational arrangements can help businesses enhance the c o m p a n y ’s 
efficiency in the market, reduce the costs o f business and improve 
productivity. Employees o f an organization need to understand the goals 
that they are aim ing for as well as the measurement that will be used to 
determine w hether they have been successful. Different staff m embers in 
a company have different roles that entail separate levels o f responsibility. 
A manager must have control over what the members do, how they do it 
and how to measure their progress. Control over these factors helps a 
manager reach success.
