Ham ilmiy, ham metodik nuqtai nazardan yetarli darajada o‘rganilgan va ishlangan oliy maktabda chet tilini (ChT)ni o‘qitadigan o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirish muammolari bilan solishtirganda, boshlang‘ich maktabda chet tilini o‘qitadigan o‘qituvchilar MO tizimi bilan bog‘liq masalalar hanuzgacha yetarli darajada chuqur o‘rganilmay qolmoqda.
