The EN171 6.5MW model was selected for the current layout and was based on the following: 
 
Least Cost of Energy (LCOE) which results in highest generation at lowest cost; 
 
Site Suitability of the chosen WTG Model; and 
 
Project Schedule.

Wind Farm Project Layout 
The siting of the Project site and Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) was based on the following:
 
Distance of existing houses and settlements; 
 
The wind measurement campaign; 
 
Location of archaeological finds; 
 
Location of archaeological buffer zones established by Agency for Conservation 
of Cultural Heritage and; 
 
Potential environmental and social impacts including noise impacts, shadow 
flicker impact & ecological impact, etc..
Based on these, the project layout (both eastern & western plots) was changed to minimise 
potential environmental & social impacts and minimising interferences with existing houses and 
settlements. The different project layout considered are presented in the figures below.
