Annotation: One of the indispensable aspects of a healthy lifestyle is physical activity, in other words, a factor that makes the body fit - physical education and sports. It is necessary to constantly engage in mass sports, observe the principles of proper nutrition, in particular, not to consume excessive amounts of salt, sugar and fat, and doughy food and sweets, bread products, in short, we need to turn a healthy lifestyle into our daily life.
Annotatsiya: Sog‘lom turmush tarzining ajralmas jihatlaridan biri jismoniy faollik, boshqacha aytganda, tanani chiniqtiruvchi omil - jismoniy tarbiya va sportdir. Today, it is a well-known fact that a healthy lifestyle is the key to maintaining and strengthening human health, as well as longevity. After all, each of us, first of all, should think about our health. That way, we will live a peaceful and prosperous life and prevent many complicated diseases. Ensuring that every citizen develops a strong immune system against diseases by regularly engaging in physical education and public sports and forming life skills for a healthy lifestyle, abandoning harmful habits, following the principles of proper nutrition, restoration and rehabilitation work, and systematic mass physical activity activities. As an effective organization, it is desirable to create appropriate infrastructure and other necessary conditions in this regard.
It is necessary to create conditions for physical education and mass sports in every family, neighborhood and district (city), in pre-school, general secondary, secondary special, professional and higher educational institutions and other organizations. It is recommended to regularly hold sports competitions between families, classes, labor teams and regions for the development of mass sports.
By creating conditions that ensure the satisfaction of the needs of different groups of the population for healthy nutrition, by reducing the consumption of foods high in salt, sugar and fat, and the consumption of doughy foods and sweets, bread products, and by giving up harmful habits, in particular, the consumption of alcohol and tobacco products. Appropriate measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of disease and excess weight (obesity). It is necessary to widely promote a culture of healthy eating among the population, including giving up the habits of irregular and late bedtime eating.
Hygiene should be promoted as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle at the level of families, neighborhoods, pre-school and general education institutions.
It is advisable to form a modern material and technical base for physical training and sports in preschool, general education, secondary special, professional and higher educational institutions, enterprises, organizations and all other types of institutions.
In the development of public sports and promotion of a healthy lifestyle among the population in the republic, priority types of sports should be identified as walking, running, mini-football, cycling, badminton, street ball, "Workout" (neighborhood and street fitness).
According to the World Health Organization, non-compliance with the norms and rules of physical activity and nutrition, excessive consumption of food and sweets with a high content of salt, sugar, and fat, as well as insufficient consumption of vitamins and minerals, are behind the rational growth and mental development of young people. stay, and in adults, it causes the development of a number of diseases that lead to premature death of a person, such as cardiovascular, endocrine, malignant tumors.
Eating is the basis of life and health, and it is the main factor that determines a person's ability to work and live. It should be norm-based and appropriate for age, gender, work activity, etc. Many things in the dietary experiences of the ancestors are expedient,
suitable for lifestyle, climate, national customs and traditions.
There is a wise saying in our nation, "Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with your friend, and give your dinner to your enemy" for no reason. If the diet is not followed, digestion becomes difficult, and disordered and improper nutrition leads to serious diseases.
A healthy lifestyle is a hygienic behavior based on scientifically based medical and hygienic standards aimed at maintaining and strengthening health, ensuring a high level of working ability, active longevity, that is, people's health lifestyle aimed at maintaining and strengthening the body.
The main aspects of a healthy lifestyle:

  • health-enhancing lifestyle, balance between physical and mental stress;

  • physical education and training;

  • balanced diet;

  • harmonious relations between people;

  • correct sex;

  • personal hygiene and responsible hygienic behavior in work and lifestyle;

  • negative attitude towards bad habits.

Adherence to a healthy lifestyle applies to all people without exception: both healthy and those with certain health defects. A person himself can strengthen his health by following a healthy lifestyle, but as the body grows and ages, the necessary actions increase. Unfortunately, health as an important vital need to achieve one or another goal, is realized by a person when old age becomes a near reality.
The value of any action is determined by the importance of the goal, the probability of achieving it, and the procedure. A person's behavior or lifestyle depends on the biological and social needs that must be satisfied (for example, satisfying hunger and thirst, completing work assignments, having fun, starting a family, raising children, etc.).
There are many cases of overweight and obesity over the world. This is due to changes in eating patterns and lifestyles, including inactivity, as a result, of increased industrialization and urbanization. Overweight and obesity are the leading risk factors for various chronic diseases, in particular, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, circulatory disorders, and cancer. In order to overcome these kind of diseases it is highly recommended to lead a healthy life style not only, among elderly people, but people of all ages.
