Maqolada “компетенция” va “компетентлик” tushunchalari shakllanishining tarixiy tahlili keltirilgan. Aniqlangan terminologik noaniqlik va baxslar doirasida ushbu atamalarni “noaniq tushunchalar” yoki noaniq mantiqdagi lingvistik o'zgaruvchilar sifatida izohlash taklif qilinmoqda. Barkamollikka asoslangan yondashuv kontseptsiyalarining noaniqligi sharoitida sinergetik formalizmdan foydalanish, o'z-o'zini tashkil etish rejimida vakolatli rivojlanishni ta'minlashni bu esa uzluksizlikning sinergetik pasayishini anglatadi va ta'lim jarayoni zamonaviy globallashuv muammolariga ta'lim tizimining munosib javobini ta'minlashning zaruriy sharti sifatida birinchi marta taklif etilmoqda Xulosa shuki, ta'lim tizimining dinamik betartibligi, uning yangilanishi va barqaror rivojlanishini ta'minlaydigan yo'l sifatida ijodkorlik, ishbilarmonlik va intellektual etakchilik vakolatlarini shakllantirish uchun ta'lim muassasalarining innovatsion infratuzilmasini shakllantirish zarur. Competence approach in education: synergy model Abstract. The article presents a historical analysis of the formation of the concepts of "competence" and "competence". Within the framework of the identified terminological uncertainty and debatability, these terms are proposed to be interpreted as “fuzzy concepts” or linguistic variables in fuzzy logic. In the conditions of fuzzy concepts of the competency-based approach, the use of a synergistic formalism for providing competent development in a self-organization mode, which is a synergistic reduction in the continuity of the educational process as a necessary condition for ensuring an adequate response of the education system to the modern challenges of Globalization 4.0, is first proposed. It is concluded that it is necessary to shape the innovative infrastructure of educational institutions to form competencies in creativity and entrepreneurship as a way of dynamic randomization the educational system, ensuring its updating and sustainable development.
