Some specific issues of Kazakh terminology

Abstract 
This article states that we usually rely on the richness of language 
to explain scientific concepts and look for words that could be interpreted, 
accurately convey scientific terms, and analyzes that terms do not express 
concepts in speech practice, and are also the main means of transmitting 
and perceiving information based on interrelated terms that form certain 
connections between them. It is provided that various ways of creating a 
term are known, that in linguistics the creation of new words and terms 
is based on the general laws of the internal development of the language. 
In the process of creating the term, it is stated in detail that they should 
express not only the features characteristic of certain concepts, but also 
other concepts-concepts and connections of this science at a certain level.
