2.2. Reception duty.
Before taking duty, he must undergo current instruction on labor protection and sign in the TNU-19 log from the station managers. Performs reception and delivery of shifts (together with the employee handing over the shift). Gets acquainted with the work plan for the shift: guidelines, orders for operational work and safety of train traffic, the presence of valid warnings.
Checks the availability and serviceability of communication devices and computers. If a malfunction of communication means and computers is detected, he is obliged to call communication workers and electromechanics of the ASUSS sector to troubleshoot the problem. Gets acquainted with the situation at the station and the presence of trains on the station tracks (according to the logbook f. DU-3 and the position sheet, which is transmitted by DSPG).


2.3. Responsibilities of the operator with the station duty officer during work:
- transmits to the train dispatcher of the node the position on the tracks of the marshalling yard, the arrival yard and the departure yard, reports the receipt of applications for issuing warnings for trains;
- conducts all negotiations with the Salar and Keles stations with train dispatchers of the hub and southern circles at the direction of the station duty officer (DSP-1, DSP-2), informs train dispatchers of the time of arrival and departure of trains, numbers of trains, locomotives and routes of reception and departure, train indexes;
- receives dispatch orders, records them in the dispatch order log and immediately transmits them to the station duty officer or station manager; - maintains a table log of the movement of trains and locomotives f. DU-3, warning book. Prepares train documentation during interruptions in the operation of signaling and communications;
- informs the hump duty officer (DSPG), operators of the STC and the car technical inspection point the time of arrival and departure of trains;
- transmits to TsSIVT via computer messages about the departure and arrival of trains 200, 201 and transmits ready data on the composition of the train to the DSC and carriage workers;
- writes down the necessary data on arriving and departing trains in the “Shift work plan” form (attachment number).
At the end of duty. Records the movement of trains and locomotives f. DU-3 indications of counters of invitation signals and number of padlocks. Accurately and clearly informs the operator on duty at the station about the arrival of trains and new orders.
