6. Requirements for the performer.
To ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the station and traffic safety, the park duty officer must know:
-PTE, IDP, ISI and periodically pass exams in knowledge of them;
-job description of the park duty officer (DSPP-4);
-TPA stations and the technological process of the station in terms of the work of the park duty officer;
- local instructions for shunting work with dangerous goods;
-local safety and health instructions;
- labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- orders, instructions from the management, the company's management and station management on train movement, shunting work and safety precautions;
- plan, profile, capacity and specialization of tracks in the arrival park;
- design and malfunctions of turnouts, as well as the rule for translating turnouts using a courbel;
- oversized spaces throughout the station, as indicated in the TPA;
- norms and rules for calculating the fastening of brake shoes.
Must:
- timely secure the trains with brake shoes and remove them, reporting this in accordance with the negotiation regulations. Ensure train safety. Accurately fulfill the shunting requirements of PTE, IDP, ISI, TPA station and technological process.
For violation of his official duties he bears full responsibility in accordance with the employment contract.

Ensures the securing of rolling stock on the tracks of the marshalling yard, removes the brake shoes from under the trains when settling on a hill or when pulling ready-made trains from the marshalling yard to the departure yard. Gives signals when the train is settling from the side of the hump, provides cover for free tracks to prevent rolling stock from leaving the limit posts of the tracks when dissolving trains from the hump.
