2.2. Reception duty.
Before taking duty, he must undergo current instruction on labor protection and sign in the TNU-19 log from the station managers. Performs acceptance and delivery of shifts (together with the employee handing over and accepting the shift).
Gets acquainted with the plan for the upcoming work for the shift, the location of the rolling stock on the tracks of the reception park, checks the correctness of the train's fastening on the tracks, the presence and serviceability of brake shoes, and the correspondence of their number to the TPA station. If faulty shoes are identified, DSPP-4 is obliged to put them aside, but so that they are always under supervision. After the shift, hand them over to the storekeeper with a mark for signature in the logbook form PU-80a (brake shoe logbook) and receive in return new serviceable brake shoes, also for signature in the logbook form PU-80a and replenish those that are missing with them.
The acceptance of duty is recorded in the shift acceptance log. Checks the condition of the workplace and its maintenance in accordance with sanitary standards. Checks the serviceability of telephone and loudspeaker park communications.
Reports the results of the duty reception to the station duty officer (DSP-1).


2.3. Responsibilities of the park duty officer during duty:
- at the direction of the station duty officer (DSP-1), secures the rolling stock with brake shoes, observing the securing standards in accordance with the station's TPA. The securing of a group of cars is reported to DSP-1 via the negotiation column, in accordance with the negotiation regulations;
- according to the instructions of DSP-1, he removes the brake shoes from under the train, and DSP-1 reports on the fulfillment of the instructions in accordance with the regulations;
- maintains a book, f.VU-14, for presenting cars for technical inspection and a book for recording brake shoes;
- in case of violations of the normal operation of the signaling devices, at the direction of DSP-1, checks the correct preparation of the route, the freedom of centralized switches and tracks from rolling stock;
- when pushing the train onto the hump, shunting movements of the train, monitors the condition of the rolling stock (by visual inspection);
- during duty, maintains the workplace in accordance with sanitary standards.
