My course work is devoted to types of dictionaries, what is dictionary? and its function.
The object of the course paper types of dictionaries in English language. In addition to this some useful ways of giving feedback in teaching.
The aim of this course paper is to define the importance of dictionaries in English language and foreign languages.
The actuality of the course paper is defined by concrete results of the investigation. Special emphasis is laid on various types of rendering the structure, the semantic features, and the peculiarities of the tense forms.
The structure of the work - My work consists of four parts: introduction, two main chapters , conclusion and bibliography. Within the introduction part we gave the brief description of my course paper. The main part of the work includes several items. In the conclusion to my coursework we tried to draw some results from the scientific investigations made within the present course paper. In bibliography part we mentioned some sources which were used while compiling the present work. It includes linguistic books and articles dealing with the theme, a number of used dictionaries and encyclopedias and also some internet sources.
The novelty of the work is that the thorough analysis the problems
of applying the types of dictionaries in determining the functional
value of teaching vocabulary in teaching foreign language which have
not been researched deeply yet; moreover studying the creative
principles of teaching English. We have analyzed specific peculiarities
of the types of aims the first time.
The tasks of the research are the following according to the general aim:
1.The first task of my work is to definition and some information about the term « what is dictionary? »
2.The second task of my investigation is to describe and analyze classification types of dictionaries in teaching .
3.The last one is to explain how to teach foreign language in a productive way
