INTRODUCTION (abstract of doctoral dissertation)
The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the
skills of employees of the prosecutor's office based on the improvement of remote
and mixed forms.
Research objectives:
to analyze the philosophical, psychological, pedagogical possibilities of strategic
design using the digitalization of pedagogical design tools and the diversification of
the advanced training system for employees of the prosecutor's
office based on the
established periodization;
improve the mechanisms for the professional development of employees of the
prosecutor's office through the use of distance and mixed education, as well as
complementary institutionalized and non-institutionalized types of education;
determine the constituent components of the
formation of the content of
advanced training in a digital educational environment based on institutionalized and
non-institutionalized types of education and clarify the didactic, psychological,
ergonomic requirements for the development of electronic
educational resources;
improve the methodology for mastering electronic educational resources in an
asynchronous mode without interrupting students from their main place of work,
participating
in interactive, analytical and reflective classes in a synchronous mode,
conducting guiding, reinforcing, generalizing training in
partial isolation from the
place of work;
create conditions for students to independently choose tutors within the modules
in order to improve the quality of the process of distance and mixed advanced
training, the formation of a competitive environment between tutors.
