Implementation of the research results. According to the results of a study on 
advanced training of employees of the prosecutor's office on the basis of remote and 
mixed forms: 
proposals for improving the ability to determine the necessary didactic needs 
identified as a result of diagnosing the level of the course development process, 
choosing terms, were used in the development of “Requirements for retraining and 
advanced training of employees of the prosecution authorities” (certificate No. 30/8-
21-1117 of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 
August 2021). As a result, a continuous organization of the process of advanced 
training of employees of the prosecutor's office was achieved on the basis of a multi-
level and multi-level system; 
proposals for improving the mechanisms for advanced training of employees of 
the prosecutor's office in strategic design with formal, non-formal, informal types of 
education and digital means of pedagogical design, integration and development of a 
new vector for the development of the process of individual training of students based 
on self-determination in accordance with the educational goal were used in the 
development of the "Regulations on professional retraining and advanced training 
courses for employees of the prosecution authorities” (certificate No. 30/8-21-1117 of 
the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 27, 
2021). As a result, the possibility of improving the mechanism for organizing 
modular accumulative distance courses has been expanded. 
proposals for improving the content of distance and mixed advanced training 
based on a set of elastic requirements and proposals and their holistic unification
variability in approaches to invariance and electivity as a result of electivity, the 
formation of educational goals according to hierarchical criteria based on educational 
and developmental reflexive prioritization were used in the preparation of the 
“Regulations on the procedure for organizing a system for regular training of civil 
servants on combating corruption, conflict of interest and rules of ethics”, approved 
on December 30, 2021 by the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Justice, the Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office

(act of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 03-11 / 2899 
June 29, 2022). As a result, the requirements for the content of distance and mixed 
advanced training courses have been improved; 
the effectiveness of training in the electronic educational environment has been 
increased on the basis of the requirements for the levels of professional competence 
of employees, adaptation to the digital environment of the monitoring process, which 
controls their periodic and methodological readiness for the trajectory of post-course 
activities based on the “Regulations on the organization of a system of regular 
training of civil servants against corruption , conflict of interest and rules of ethics” 
(Certificate of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the 
Republic of Uzbekistan No. 04/25-28/0601 dated June 28, 2022). As a result, in the 
process of remote and mixed advanced training, the possibilities of using modern 
methods for developing skills have been expanded; 
proposals for improving the assessment methodology in distance and blended 
learning based on ensuring the level of development of the qualities of students of 
system analysis, critical thinking, personal and business qualities in the field of multi-
level criteria (basic, expanding, developing) and the proportionality of cyclic 
assessment methods aimed at consistent and dynamic provision the competitiveness 
of educational activities in the electronic educational environment were used in the 
development of the "Regulations on professional retraining and advanced training 
courses for employees of the prosecutor's office" (certificate of the Prosecutor 
General's Office No. 30/8-21-1117 dated August 27, 2021). As a result, in the process 
of distance and mixed advanced training, the competitive activity of students was 
achieved through the independent choice of training modules and tutors.
