- The scientific novelty of the research is as follows
The object of the study is the process of improving the training system for
employees of the prosecutor's office on the basis of distance and blended learning, in which a total of 992 trainees of the prosecutor's office took part - the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the city of Tashkent, regional prosecutor's offices, the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the General Prosecutor's Office and the Bureau of Compulsory execution. The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: the process of remote and mixed advanced training has been improved by providing the opportunity to form the necessary didactic needs identified as a result of diagnosing the level of mastering the courses by students, choosing the timing for completing training modules, as well as the prospects for individual advanced training; the mechanism for advanced training of employees of the prosecution authorities has been improved on the basis of independent determination of a new vector for the development of the strategic design process, integration and individual advanced training of students with formal, non-formal, informal types of education and digital means of pedagogical design; the content of remote and mixed advanced training has been improved on the basis of a set of elastic requirements and proposals and their holistic unification, 66 variability in approaches to invariance and electivity as a result of electivity, the formation of educational goals according to hierarchical criteria based on educational and developmental reflexive prioritization; the effectiveness of training in the electronic educational environment is increased on the basis of the requirements for the levels of professional competence of employees, adaptation to the digital environment of the monitoring process, which controls their periodic and methodical readiness for the trajectory of post-course activities; the assessment methodology in distance and blended learning has been improved based on ensuring the level of development of the qualities of the audience of system analysis, critical thinking, personal and business qualities in the field of multi-level criteria (basic, expanding, developing) and proportionality to cyclic assessment methods aimed at consistently and dynamically ensuring the competitiveness of the educational activities in the electronic educational environment.
