Chapter I. Reflection of the combination of national mentality and language through numeral components in numerological phraseological units on the material of english and uzbek languages

Research questions:
1. How phraseological units reflect national mentality and traditions?
2. What are the similarities and differences in the use of phraseological units with numerological components in English and Uzbek languages?
The novelty of the research work: This research is unique in its focus on the use of numerological components in phraseological units in two different languages, English and Uzbek. While some studies have explored the use of numerology in language, few have specifically investigated its use in phraseological units. This research aims to offer new insights into the ways in which numerology is incorporated into language, as well as to provide a comparative analysis of how this is done in two different languages.
Hypothesis:
- Phraseological units preserve and transmit cultural attitudes and preconceptions, standards, and archetypes from generation to generation, showing a long evolution of the nation's culture in its semantics.
- Semantic features of numerological phraseological units in English and Uzbek languages reveals that these expressions can be categorized into different semantic groups based on their meaning and usage. The study shows that numerological phraseological units can be used to express a wide range of meanings, including temporal, spatial, social, and emotional aspects.
