Formation of written and oral speech skills by

Abstract
Today, special attention is paid to the creation of a written text in 
the process of teaching the mother tongue. The method of text creation 
has its own stages of development. The student’s skills and competenc-
es in text creation not only form speech skills related to science, but also 
serve to develop him as a person. It also plays an important role in mas-
tering all subjects included in the general education program. The science 
of mother tongue is one of the main subjects taught in general education 
schools, it has its own characteristics, a certain system, and rules. It has a 
unique position in the education of a person, in the formation of his lan-
guage culture and in the development of his speech competence. The stu-
dent’s speech competence is demonstrated through his written and oral 
speech. Of course, the quality of the structured speech material is also re-
lated to the acquisition of linguistic material. The ability to create a text is 
one of the important factors of student development, and the method of 
organizing this process can be a means of turning a traditional lesson into 
a non-traditional one.
