Conclusion on chapter I
The definition of translation as a literary form is the rewriting of a work from one language into another. Translation is the most important means of international communication. Depending on the type of the original and restored text, there are various categories of translation, including artistic translation, scientific translation, and others. Depending on how the original copy is reflected, it might take these forms. Translation The need for interaction and communication among members of various tribes led to the development of it. Even today, spoken language is still employed in translation. Along with communication technologies, international links, and exposure to various cultures, globalization is developing swiftly.
In an environment of greater interest, language-oriented strategies were replaced by methods based on the target language. The overall text is prioritized above the individual words in this unique approach. The goal of the translation is to communicate the words, not to convey to the audience the major idea of the text in the original language. It is expected that the text will be influenced by the source culture just as much as the reader in the target language method because the learner represents the target culture. The process of translation is now being studied from several angles. If transmission is the act of sending a message, then translation is the act of moving a meaning or set of meanings from one place in space or time to another. Professional interpreters and translators work full-time and construct meaning in their own writings and discourses while also decoding meaning from other texts and discourses. The meanings they create in their texts and discourses are then interpreted by their readers and listeners. It is possible to claim that Translation Studies (TS) does not exist if meanings are not mentioned because TS is so dependent on the concept of meaning.
